Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a reliable courier service and keep proof of shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition Requirements for Returns

Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for return. This includes:

Items must not have been worn or used. Packaging must be intact and original. All tags and labels must remain attached. Items must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or worn jewelry. Customized or personalized items. Sale or clearance items. Gift cards.

Return Inspection

Upon receipt of your returned item, our team inspects it to verify it meets our return conditions. This inspection typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved returns result in refunds within 7 to 10 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, please provide bank details for refund processing.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

No Exchange Policy

Please note that YARTEEN does not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
