At YARTEEN, we provide multiple secure payment options for your convenience. This payment policy outlines accepted payment methods, security measures, and payment procedures.

Accepted Payment Methods

YARTEEN accepts the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when your order arrives. Bank Transfer – Direct transfer to our business account. Credit/Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard accepted. JazzCash – Pakistani mobile payment service. Easypaisa – Pakistani mobile payment service.

Currency

All prices are displayed and payments processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment Processing

Payment is required before order processing begins. Once payment is verified, your order enters our processing queue and you receive an order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for deliveries within Pakistan only. Upon delivery, you pay the total order amount to our courier. No additional charges apply for choosing COD.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer details will be provided during checkout. Please include your order number as a reference. Orders are confirmed upon bank fund clearance.

Credit/Debit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Your card information is not stored on our servers.

JazzCash & Easypaisa

Mobile payment can be completed through the respective apps. Transaction receipts serve as payment proof.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp within a few minutes. If you do not receive confirmation, contact our support team immediately.

Failed Transactions

If a payment transaction fails, your bank account is not charged. You can retry payment or choose an alternative payment method.

Payment Security

YARTEEN employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. We do not store complete card details on our servers.

Payment Disputes

If you notice unauthorized charges or payment errors, contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and work toward resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery returns, please provide bank details for direct refund transfer.

Cancellation & Payment

If you cancel an order before processing begins, your payment is fully refunded. If cancellation occurs after processing starts, a 15% processing fee may apply.

Payment Plans

YARTEEN does not currently offer installment or payment plan options. Full payment is required at checkout.

Invoices & Receipts

Digital invoices are provided via email for all orders. Invoices include order details, payment method, and amount paid.

Tax Information

Prices include applicable sales tax where applicable. An itemized tax breakdown is provided on your invoice.
